All Sales Are Final
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product was damaged in transit
- The wrong item was shipped
⚠️ We cannot cancel orders if you changed your mind, no longer need the item, or placed the order by accident.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are unable to complete your painting.
Terms & Conditions:
- The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.
- At least 50% of the painting must be completed, demonstrating effort.
- A photo proof is required to process the refund request.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Delayed Orders
If your order has been in transit for 30+ days, it is likely due to shipping congestion, which is more common during peak seasons (e.g., holiday shopping periods).
As an apology for the inconvenience, we offer a full (100%) refund for any item(s) still in transit 30+ days from the order date. If the item(s) eventually arrive, you are welcome to keep them.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item or notice any product anomaly, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. To process your request efficiently, kindly provide:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reference of the damaged product
- Clear photos as proof of the damage
⚠️ Failure to report damages within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- We do not refund orders if you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
- We do not offer refunds if you ordered the wrong item, a rolled canvas instead of a framed one, or similar errors.
