What makes a good photo

One person, looking at the camera. Straight on works best. Side views change the character's pose.
Face clearly visible. No sunglasses, no hands in front of the face. Glasses are fine, we keep them.
Light on the face. Daylight is best. If the sun is behind them, the face comes out dark.
Not blurry. Zoom in on your phone. If it is sharp there, it is sharp enough for us.

Phone photos are perfect. Hair, skin tone and glasses are taken from the photo; the outfit and scene come from the character.

Upload a clear photo of the face. We use the face, hair and skin tone from your photo and paint that person as the Princess. The outfit and scene stay the same. Then we turn the picture into your numbered canvas.

It will look like them, painted in the style of the picture, not like a photo. Our designers check every picture before printing. If your photo will not come out well, we email you and ask for another one, at no extra cost. Not happy? Full refund within 30 days of delivery, even if you started painting.
