What makes a good photo

One pet, looking at the camera. Straight on works best. Side views change the character's pose.
Face clearly visible. Eyes open, nothing in front of the face, and no blur from moving.
Light on the face. Daylight is best. If the sun is behind them, the face comes out dark.
Not blurry. Zoom in on your phone. If it is sharp there, it is sharp enough for us.

Phone photos are perfect. Hair, skin tone and glasses are taken from the photo; the outfit and scene come from the character.

Your kit ships within 24 hours. The date it arrives is shown right under the Add to cart button, worked out for where you live.

Upload a clear photo of your pet. We use the face, fur colors and markings from your photo and paint your pet as royalty. The crown, robe and palace stay the same. Then we turn the picture into your numbered canvas.

It will look like your pet, painted in the style of the picture, not like a photo. Our designers check every picture before printing. If your photo will not come out well, we email you and ask for another one, at no extra cost. Not happy? Full refund within 30 days of delivery, even if you started painting.

Yes. Cats, dogs and most other pets work, one pet per picture. We paint the pet from your photo into the picture.

Not at all. Every shape has a number and every paint pot has the same number, so there is no mixing and no guessing. Most of our customers had never painted before. You also get our free Tips & Tricks eBook right after you order.
